AachenMünchener is one of the top 50 companies in Germany in terms of customer orientation. In the competition for "Germany's most customer-oriented service providers" AachenMünchener ranks third among insurance companies. In the ranking of all participating companies across business sectors AachenMünchener is number 16. "This distinction illustrates once again the very good quality of our customer service. It shows that our focus on the core areas of products, customer service and sales service is successful", says Michael Westkamp, the Chief Executive Officer of AachenMünchener.

Apart from the very good current ranking in this competition, AachenMünchener has also obtained the quality seal of the technical inspection agency TÜV Rheinland for the fourth consecutive time already.

The competition "Germany's most customer-oriented service provider" is organized jointly by the St. Gallen University, the management and IT consultant Steria Mummert, the rating company ServiceRating and the renowned business newspaper Handelsblatt. Within the scope of a complex examination process, the jury assessed not only facts and figures but also seven criteria such as customer orientation, competency and communication. The replies to a management questionnaire are followed by a comprehensive survey among customers.
