- WUNSCHPOLICE STRATEGIE No. 1 gets best possible grade FFF (“Excellent”)
- WUNSCHPOLICE conventional annuity insurance tariffs “Very Good”
Franke & Bornberg, the renowned consultants and analysts, have granted top marks for the AachenMünchener annuity pension products. The second largest German life insurer's WUNSCHPOLICE STRATEGIE No. 1 received top grading - “Excellent”(FFF) - from the rating specialists. Franke & Bornberg rated the classic WUNSCHPOLICE annuity tariffs as “Very Good” in their latest ranking.
“We are delighted with these distinctions. With new pension provision products – such as WUNSCHPOLICE STRATEGIE No. 1 – we offer our customers demand-oriented products. The distinctions also confirm that we were able to further improve our existing products for our customers,” said Johannes Booms, in charge of life insurance within AachenMünchener's Board of Management.
WUNSCHPOLICE STRATEGIE No. 1 awarded best possible rating
Franke & Bornberg awarded the top grade “Excellent” (FFF) for the WUNSCHPOLICE STRATEGIE No. 1. In April this year AachenMünchener launched its new unit-linked annuity insurance.
With the WUNSCHPOLICE STRATEGIE No. 1 AachenMünchener offers customers a flexible investment product with a perfect balance of return and security. The innovative investment concept based on the customer's individual asset management enables good yield opportunities. With the beginning of the pension payment AachenMünchener guarantees at least the premium paid in. Two further value retention options offer additional security: these enable the policyholder after only five years to secure the achieved value of the fund assets, plus the future premiums for the commencement of retirement. This option can be exercised free of charge several times. During the last 10 years before retirement the policyholder can also arrange that the monthly peak level achieved, plus the future premiums, be specified as the new guaranteed level.
Conventional annuity pensions clearly improved
The WUNSCHPOLICE policy is the flexible old age provision product for securing one's standard of living. Once again, Franke & Bornberg included the conventional tariffs in their most recent ranking with the rating specialists awarding FF+ (“Very Good”).
In comparison to the previous year this ranking is up one notch. This positive development was achieved by optimising the general insurance conditions. The tariffs are now even more flexible: for instance, the commencement of pension payment can be deferred or, after up to a 2-year premium payment break, the policyholder can resume payments.
“Excellent” pension provision products
In summer this year Franke & Bornberg assessed the AachenMünchener state-subsidised pension products and the occupation disability schemes. The Riester pension product STRATEGIE No. 1 received the best possible grade “Excellent” (FFF). This was the first time that the rating specialists awarded this top evaluation for basis pension tariffs. Franke & Bornberg once again confirmed the top grade FFF for both the AachenMünchener stand-alone and supplementary occupational disability insurances.
