Generali Deutschland Pensor Pensionsfonds

AMB Generali Pensionsfonds was merged into PENSOR Pensionsfonds AG with effect from January 1, 2009. The merged company now has the name of Generali Deutschland Pensor Pensionsfonds AG. With this merger, Generali Deutschland consolidates the comprehensive competency of the two units in corporate pension business in one company. This transaction has created one of the biggest and presumably the most innovative cross-sector pension fund in the German market.

Pension funds are legally independent establishments offering old-age provision schemes to employers against payment of a premium. The investment regulations applied to pension funds are generally more liberal than those applicable to life insurance companies. Pension funds allow employees to participate to a large extent in the return opportunities of capital markets.

Especially with regard to the outsourcing of direct pension obligations to external providers, pension funds have a unique scope of possibilities, which are accompanied by tax breaks based on the special rules applicable to these funds.

The products and benefits offered by Generali Deutschland Pensor Pensionsfonds AG range from guaranteed pension plans in the form of insurance to pensions plans having little impact on liquidity and oriented at capital markets. Whatever target a company pursues with the outsourcing of its pension obligations: Generali Pensor, with its innovative pension plans, flexible tariffs and efficient portfolio management, fulfils all requirements for providing an optimum response to each customer request.
