Persons having a management function in Generali Deutschland Holding AG and persons having a close relationship with the latter have to declare their own transactions with shares of Generali Deutschland Holding AG or with financial instruments based on these shares to the German Financial Services Regulator (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht) and to Generali Deutschland Holding AG. There is no such obligation as long as the added total amount of the transactions of a person with management functions and of the persons closely related to the latter does not reach € 5,000 by the end of the calendar year (art. 15a para. 1 sent. 5 of the Security Trading Act – WpHG). Generali Deutschland Holding AG has to publish such declaration without delay on the Internet during a period of at least one month.
For the time beeing, there is no notification.
