Envivas Krankenversicherung
Envivas Krankenversicherung AG is a member of the Generali Deutschland Group and cooperates with Techniker Krankenkasse (TK), the biggest public health fund in Germany. On an exclusive basis Envivas offers supplementary covers to the statutory health insurance to persons insured by TK. Some 550,000 persons have already effected a policy on the basis of this cooperation.
The health reform in 2004 legitimised cooperation between public health funds and private health insurers. One of the first private health insurers to start cooperation with a public health fund, Envivas has been working in partnership with TK since January 1, 2004.
