Envivas Krankenversicherung AG is a member of the Generali Deutschland Group and cooperates with Techniker Krankenkasse (TK), one of the leading public health funds in Germany . On an exclusive basis Envivas offers supplementary covers to the statutory health insurance to persons insured by TK. More than 999,000 persons have already taken out a policy on the basis of this cooperation.

The 2004 healthcare reform  allowed cooperations between public health funds and private health insurers. As one of the first private health insurers to start cooperating with a public health fund, Envivas has been operating in a partnership with TK since January 1, 2004.
